amazing staff quiet location thoughtful facilities
the staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bar staff. the location is quiet, which worked perfectly for me. the room had great facilities, including robes and complimentary gin. it covered everything. i felt very spoiled.
i found that the hotel lacked air conditioning. it was a little shocking.

the breakfast choices were fantastic and equally tasty. the food was fresh and very tasty. the upper deck provided fine views with each meal.

the room included extras you would expect. it had a kettle and a coffee machine. the bathroom was clean and bright with good water pressure. the bed was super comfy.

room 131, a cottage room opposite the main hotel, was beautiful. every aspect was covered, i found the bed comfortable, possibly the best i have ever slept in. i will definitely choose this room again when i next stay.
i found the steam room lacked steam and the salt room was pitiful. the hotel needs some work on its spa services.

the room has a comfortable bed. rooms include gin and tonic. the rooms also have a fan. the en-suite bathroom was clean, bright and attractive with good bath and shower water pressure.

small bathroom outdated room
the staff were helpful when i asked to change rooms even if i didn't book the right one initially.
The hotel is overpriced and the rooms are small and outdated. the bathroom was also small and the wardrobe doors were too close to the bathroom door. It was annoying.

easy access sunday breakfast
The location offered easy access to lovely walks. It was quite beautiful. the food was superb at every meal (the sunday breakfast was amazing).
i stayed this weekend with family for a 70th birthday. upon checking in, the room had items that were not child-friendly. this issue was quickly resolved. (i appreciate the fast response.)
